Inspired by the lush nature of Lantau Island, we sourced organic honey from Mui Wo farms to create our version of this classic cocktail, muddled with our very own home-made honeycomb crunch that complements the gentle spiciness and sweet oak aromas of Bulleit Bourbon.
A twist on the classic Bee’s Knees cocktail with the key element being our very own Lantau honey and butter washed gin. Washing the gin with butter removes some of the harsher elements yet adds flavour and texture to the gin creating a creamy and smoother gin cocktail.
Reminscent of a long fruity Margarita with refreshing effervescenes. Smoking our fresh strawberries in the Pira oven. Twisting the classic Paloma cocktail which means Dove in Spanish, this classic has been around since 1950’s and still is one of the favorites to this day.
Gin being a botanical driven spirit with lots of herbs and spices forms the perfect basis for this drink. The brightness of the gin is elevated by the addition of the cucumber and mint, which have a lot of freshness inside naturally. This drink is refreshing and will keep you going.
Our love for oranges never grows old, this drink is inspired by a classic Tom Collins, but replaces the lemon with orange. A Collins is a sour cocktail, this drink reconstructs a similar pattern but adds a sweet tart taste of the orange.
Silky and fruity, with a compelling chocolate top note. A perfect pairing that has a satisfying freshness but lingering dry finish.
This drink packs a whole dose of vitamins with the lovely fragrance of coconut. The mango and passionfruit add to the tropical experience of the drink. This drink will make you feel like on a tropical island.
